Refunds and Exchanges If you have any questions about an item, we recommend that you contact the designer before purchasing. Talking up front can substantially reduce the potential time, effort, and expense of the refund and exchange process.
Requests for refunds should be made within 7 days of receipt of the order.
The designer reserves the right to refuse a refund request if it is not made within 7 days of the order's arrival at the customer or does not comply with the terms outlined in the return policy. We recommend that you contact the designer before requesting a refund.
Designer reserves the right to refuse refund requests for the following product types:
Custom Products Open Personal Hygiene Refund Process Once the designer receives the request, they will contact the customer within 3 business days.
Once the refund is approved by the designer, please return the refunded item within 2 business days and send a message to the designer to notify them. Please also include the name of the courier and the tracking number.
After receiving the refunded items, the designer will verify and complete the refund within 3 working days.
This store offers exchange. For exchange requests, please discuss with the designer via message within 7 days after the order arrives.
The designer will decide whether to offer an exchange based on the product type and existing inventory. It is recommended to contact the designer via message before exchanging goods.
Once the designer approves the exchange, please return the item within 2 business days.
Once the designer has received and verified the condition of the item, they will send you the agreed exchange item within 30 working days.
